Brushcutter Blades Refund & Exchange Policy

• The validity of the Brushcutter Blades Refund & Exchange Policy is for 14 days from the day the purchaser receives the order.
• To receive a refund, the Pro Blade or Pro Guard must be unused, in its original packaging and in the  same condition as received.
• Please CONTACT US  with your details and reason for seeking a refund or exchange.
• If deemed appropriate, Brushcutter Blades will provide a Returning Authority Identification Number (RAIN). Please include this when returning your product.  
• It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service to ensure Brushcutter Blades receives the returned item.
• Return shipping charges will be paid by the purchaser and are non-refundable.
• After receiving the returned item, Brushcutter Blades will inotify you whether your refund or exchange is approved or rejected.
• If the refund or exchange is rejected, Brushcutter Blades will return the product back to you.
• If the refund or exchange is approved, Brushcutter Blades will issue you with a full refund or replacement product immediately.
